My favorite sandwich is a good corned beef sandwich on toasted rye with a nice pile of kraut, not too heavy on the dressing...

This thread made me sad. I realized that even when given any options in the world of what to put on a sandwich that is for me, and only me, I am still insanely indecisive.

I'm having a very hard time committing to a sandwich as well. <3

There's a Peruvian sandwich shop a few blocks from my house, and they have the best damn sandwiches. My favorite is probably their chicharron: braised then fried pork butt on ciabatta with shoestring sweet potato, onion-cilantro-lime relish, and parsley mayo. Add a can of Inca Cola (yellow in color and it tastes kind of like bubble gum - much better than it sounds) and you've got one hell of a lunch.

One slice of ham and one slice of cheddar cheese between two slices of whole wheat bread with a leaf of lettuce and two slices of tomato.

I second the breakfast sandwich vote that @whocaresilikeit cast
Or peanut butter (creamy) with sweet pickles on toasted whole wheat

Is this a popular sandwich? Never heard of this combo!

I have only heard people joke about the sweet pickle version as pregnancy food, but I'll eat them any time.

The dill pickle version mentioned earlier... Yeah, no - no *kitten* way.
