Yo yo dieter looking for accountability buddy!

Hi all! I am not new to MFP but I am new to the community forums. I am 27 years old and have struggled with my weight all of my life. A few years back, I was at my heaviest and managed to lose about 50lbs. I did not do this in a healthy manner, and ended up gaining every single pound back. Growing up I was always active - playing soccer and running. These days, I try to do cardio at least three times per week and I also incorporate some weights. My biggest issue is what I eat. I have a horrible relationship with food, and I am taking steps to address this. I’m looking to lose weight the healthy way this time around so I can keep it off. I am beyond embarrassed that after losing all of the weight, I put it all back on. I am dying to find an accountability buddy!! If anyone is interested please reach out! The more people to help keep me on track the better!
