I am 287lbs in the first pic, and 233lbs in the second pic 
a total loss of 54lbs! I am so excited to stay on this life changing journey for the rest of my life! I still have a long ways to go bin that doesn't discourage me one bit! Thanks to all of my MFP family! You are all so inspiring to me!
