    I'm currently lifting heavy 5 days a week, and not tracking my calories. Will start my cutting phase sometime in January and will start tracking again.

    Hi, I am looking for more friends, to help keep me going, I will help you go. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago at gym and using this well it came back plus some. This time I am in a much better place so losing weight and eating well is coming a lot easier. But it is still good to have other people on my journey with me. to support each other. Also not sure how to add people as friends it's been a long time since I have done so.
