    Depending on what your goals are you should have a healthy balance of protein, fats and carbs. Remember white starchy stuff is not your friend: white rice, white bread, flour tortillas and potatoes are a no go. Not saying that you should completely cut is out, however you should reduce your intake of it.

    Remember.. if it wasn't grown or alive, don't eat it!
