            Hamburger patti w/ no bun and low fat cheese and green beans0

            lovely salmon marinated in soy and other spices over nite, baked in the oven for 15 minutes.. and soy sting beans and for dessert melon with a scoop of fat free vanilla ice cream.. YUMMMYYYY gr8 lunch.. loved it and the whole luch comes in at- 280 cals for main course and 110 cals for dessert..0

            ceviche' of shrimp, avocado, red onion, cucumber, serrano chili, tomatoes, lime and cilantro on a half reduced fat tortilla.0

            Subway Veggie Delite Wrap, yogurt and Iced tea (unsweetened)....just like Jared!!! 0 0

 I think I'm going to have a snack in a little bit - some celery & p.b.0

            Salad with 1/4 cup cannelini beans, red pepper and calorie reduced balsamic dressing. Melba toast and Chai tea unsweetened.0

 about 2 onion rings
 18 whole wheat crackers
 1 laughing cow wedge
 2 cups of water
 Not a good choice but I have been working my butt off and I have a little over 1,000 calories left for dinner & dessert:ohwell:
 I'm having such a hard time eating 1690 calories:frown:

 [/quote Don't worry it takes time to go up that high after only eating so little for awhile. I'm on 1560 ans still had a tough time but after awhile I got use to it. I don't make it everday but most.0
