Beach body workouts?

I do the Beachbody workouts, is there a way to calculate the exercises but putting in the specific programs that you are doing?
I don't mean each specific exercise...that is too time consuming.

    Before getting my HR monitor, I logged everything as either aerobics (for cardio stuff), circuit training (non cardio stuff) or yoga. It was close enough and I had success losing weight that way.

    I think most people use a general exercise description like circuit training, aerobics, etc.

    I go to aerobic exercises, put the name of the workout and time and then cals burned! Hope this helps!
