I started this journey 11/13/2017. It's going pretty good. Some days I'm a little shaky put do good. Glad to see the group on my fitness pal.

    Reddit is also a fantastic source for keto diet tips and tricks there are a few subreddits that are very active, one being r/keto. You should check them out.
