For those of us that have acid reflux, has running helped, hurt or had no change for you? Thanks. I finished week four of C25K this morning. Beautifuly sunny, high 40's to low 50F. I felt strong.

Did you have acid reflux before you started exercising?

Acid reflux could be due to stress, diet or a number of other things. It can actually cause long term problems-the acid can cause scarring and other problems. Might be worth seeing a doctor.

Don't do exercise soon after eating.

No problems. I've recently developed it. My Dr thinks my body us producing too much acid. I can taste it in the back of my throat, have constant mucus, pain in my diaphragm etc. Gave me some tabs to take for 8 weeks and if they don't help they'll do some investigating.
