Started changing my life on June 15th 2017. This is not a crash diet; this is definitely a lifestyle change. However I never removed a single food from my life. I still very much enjoy eating pizza and burgers and wings and all that jazz.

I still ate whatever I wanted; just less often. Tons of light meat chicken and protein shakes.

Gym for an hour a day. Cardio started as jog:walk intervals and slowly morphed into running.
Incorporated resistance training a month ago.
Now it’s 30min cardio 30min weights. Kettlebells are awesome.

Replaced sugary drinks with more protein shakes and water. If I wanted to splurge on something tasty I held myself accountable and earned it.

Didn’t cut out a single food group and learned to appreciate all foods. All food has a purpose, even candy.

257->187

15-25 pounds to go. See y’all on the flip side
Btw this definitely wasn’t easy.ichrikh2rapc.jpeg

    Wow! You lost that much without even cutting junky food out of your diet, I didn’t know that was possible! I’m going the full 9 yards, completely throwing out junk food and hitting the gym and so far haven’t seen much of a change. But then again I was being healthy and gym 2 hours a night for only a week and a half and then stopped for 5 days lol. Maybe that’s why... you’re looking so good btw!!!

    I don’t know my first BMI but I’m now around 26 or so. I’m around 11% body fat right now so I don’t really care about BMI

    What was your calorie intake per day, I'm assuming you had 0 days off in that time.

    That's a ton in that time. Played.
