Hi everyone I'm new on here and struggled with weight issues all my life.
Does anyone here have PCOS and type 2 diabetes and finding it impossible to lose even a few pounds?
Would the diet plan here be the same for those with PCOS? Or would it be less calorie intake
Has anyone with PCOS that had to lose at least 50 lbs and experienced any success with this website?
I'm having trouble losing even 3-5 lbs

I lost 50lbs a few years ago. Had a baby recently and up 35lbs. It’s possible... I really ate whatever I wanted but stuck to portions using 21 day fix. Due to pcos this allows you to get the nutrition you need and helps the body balance itself. Anyways, I combined this with daily workouts and stuck to it. It worked!1
