I just had a baby 3 weeks ago and I am determined to not only lose the weight gained from my pregnancy but; to get to my overall fitness goals. I had a C-Section so; I'm not able to get to the excercise that I want to yet but, I am becoming a little more active around the house these days. My hubby bought me an eliptical for my birthday and I can't wait until I'm able to get on it. My niece told me about MFP and I'm so excited to have this tracking mechanisim. I only wish I could get MFP on my phone for easier tracking during the day when I go back to work. We tried but, I don't think it works. I may be in the market for a new phone anyway...I will definitely make sure I can get the MFP app on my new phone.

I reach a milestone birthday next year and I am determined to JUST DO IT (finally become fit and healthy)!
