How to log HIIT

I do a lot of HIIT training but am not sure how to log it in the MFP app. Would it be interval training? Thanks!

    Probably, since you're almost certainly not actually doing "a lot of HIIT" and more likely doing interval training or calisthenics.

    Thank you for the response By HIIT I mean raising my heart rate to peak for me in intervals. Is this what HIIT is?

    Probably interval training. That's how I log my tabata sessions.

    Just log it as circuit training.
