Pretty sure I did not actually gain 3lbs this week. (fingers crossed) It was my birthday over the weekend and I knew going into it that I was going to let myself enjoy the food and drinks. I still kept track of everything and it was way over, but not as bad as it could have been and I'm sure most of that will drop off as water weight from extra sodium.0 -

Successes / struggles this week: Struggle= Having a cheat meal while PMSing... not a great idea. The cheat meal turned into a cheat day. Oh well... no regrets! Success= Got in some awesome workouts. My energy level was just not the same after being down with the flu but I'm now back to normal and ready to kick some butt!4 -

Successes / struggles this week: I'm attempting to switch to LCHF and am feeling like I'm making two dinners every night. My partner and child aren't LCHF so finding things to make for everyone to eat has been a bit of a struggle. Anyone have suggestions?
I've been great at drinking water this week though! It's my go-to while partner is snacking on all the things I'm not eating - sounds a bit depressing, but it's been okay.1 -

This week was a good week. I stayed within my macros, drank almost all the water I was supposed to be drinking everyday, worked out, and made sure I was getting enough rest.
I hid my scale in my storage unit and forgot to take it out on Sunday to weigh in, and I also forgot to take it out Monday that's why I'm posting my progress today.2 -

Successes / struggles this week: I have gotten super good at saying no to most treats... except the pear crisp my co-worker brought in. When she offered me some I said no several times but she eventually guilted/wore me down into accepting it. Next time, I'll be firmer and walk away! I was discouraged last week not losing anything. Very happy to have started losing again. Down 5 lbs this week. YAY. I think my end goal is between 140-145. Feels good to be semi close. Have not cheated since I started Oct 17th at 184. Not once. Considering cheating a little for thanksgiving. BUT honestly there is nothing I am craving soooooo much that I really want on thanksgiving so I may just keep on ketoing. I do think I am going to do a little lazier keto come December. I love the holidays, I want to make Christmas cookies and fun stuff and still be able to lick my fingers lol. I am going to choose my cheats wisely next month. Would love to be 155 by Christmas!4 -

Struggles: Couldn’t log for the last three weeks because I got severely overwhelmed at work (both of my jobs) and stressed out because of applications. Mental health and taking care of myself went down the drain and I ate a lot of salt laden food and fast food. I felt so ashamed that I didn’t bother updating any challenges. I finally picked myself up off the ground last week and decided that this journey will have its ups and down. Forced myself to pass up on the fast food and really take care of my body so that I could recover from the bloated feeling.
Successes: I finally logged in for my challenges after my absence, and since last week, I’ve prepped for this week to better avoid fast food, and it shows. I gained weight easily when I fell off the wagon but since I got back up, I’m back at slowly working towards progress!
