I am new to this and just getting though my first week, also not so sure how the friends thing works hope to make some friends though for support and motivation.

    thanks will find out tomorrow morning when going to weigh myself so fingers crossed it will be good news. Just wish i had started this sooner as 2 weddings coming up in the next month and would have loved to be that bit slimmer for them, so instead we will say in time for christmas! :-) x
