1200 CALORIES PER DAY WITH ONLY ATKINS SHAKES @160 CAL. PER DAY
FREE FOODS ARE LETTUCE WITH FF DRESSING....
GOING TO DO THIS FOR 7 DAYS AND WILL REPORT WT. LOSS AND APPETITE
KEEP WATCHING...WILL KEEP YOU POSTED DAILY

    That doesn't sound healthy. I think you should try a healthier alternative. Fresh Fruits and vegetables and drink water.

    just changed calorie level to 1200 per day.... this means I will drink 6-7 shakes per day
    to give 112 g prot. and 14 g cho
    this higher shake/calorie level should aid with protein sparing!
    we want to lose fat... not muscle.
    i am 10 lbs over wt.....and it is all belly fat
    well inner thigh and butt too!!
