Hi! Looking for friends maybe around my area to start my fitness journey with me. Never been physical and I don't eat much. I'm trying to put on weight again after losing 20kg in a month due to stress and depression. I have no idea where to start and no body in life to talk to...

    No, I meant professionally, in real life. :)

    How is your appetite? Have you been eating?

    Since you're trying to gain weight, I would say eat what appeals to you, although nutrition is always a good thing. Soup? Ice cream/milkshakes/smoothies? Avocado? Rice and beans?

    I find walking in nature to be relaxing, or even just sitting outside in a tranquil place. Also, there are some really good guided meditations that might help a bit, at least temporarily. I particularly like the ones by Jason Stephenson.

    Are there any crafts or hobbies you enjoy? A lot of people seem to enjoy coloring these days, and there are some beautiful coloring books available. I think I've even seen one entitled "Color Yourself Calm".

    Just a few ideas. They may or may not resonate with you, but I thought I'd throw them out there. I sincerely hope you're feeling/doing better.
