I love those who post and ask i want to lose weight fast. How about Age? Height? and current BMI.0

68 kilos is about 160lbs and you want to be 45 kilos which is about 99lbs. Your not gonna lose that much weight fast. Also depending on your height 99lbs would be unhealthy unless you like 5' tall.0

Set reasonable expectations, and expect setbacks. Don't give up. Trust the process.
(And yes, make sure the weight you're aiming at is appropriate for your height, and not underweight.)
