So what do you usually order at subway?
when we go i always get a 6" pepperoni and salami sub :ohwell: i love those. With italian bread, mayo, mustard, cheddar, lettuce, tomatoe, oil, and vinager. . . . and a bag of chips

That seems like a lot of calories.. not to mention sodium. I'm sure its delicious though!
I get the grilled chicken breast on wheat with mustard (sometimes spicy, sometimes regular), all the veggies except bell peppers, and provolone cheese.
I'm also in love with the fact that they carry the Lay's Light chips now. 75 calories a pack and they taste no different!
Sweet onion teryaki is also a favorite but only once in a while because it has about 150+ more calories than regular chicken breast and has way more sugar.0 -
6" veggie delight no cheese no sauce - 230 calories and I have it with a bottle of water...no chips no cookies0

split a bag of baked chips with DH
ate that for lunch yesterday but thought I'd splurge and add cheese and light mayo - added like 8 grams of fat and lots of not worth it calories...0 -
I like the roasted chicken salad, no cheese, all veggies except olives. Light Italian dressing.0

I'm picky so I just get turkey on wheat with lots of lettuce.0

I've been getting the club on flat bread. just lettuce, pickle, olive, banana pepper. no s&p, o&v0

6" veggie with prov. or pepperjack cheese and as many veggies as they can cram into it so i usually need a fork!!!!...bottled water and yogurt...one of my favorite places to eat when i am out and about...0

They don't even ask my order when I walk in now - they just start making it0 -
teryaki chicken with lettuce,spinach,peppers(all kinds) tomatoes,cukes,carrots,onions. I dont have them put a lot of the lettuce since I would rather not eat a ton of iceburg, but I have them double up the veggies other than that.it's a huge sandwich. i dont put the extra sauce on it though. it seems too much to me.

I order foot long turkey, mustard, as many veggies as I can, than eat 6" than, and save other 6" for lunch next day0 -
6" turkey on wheat no cheese toasted with fat free ranch, pepperocinis, black olives, lettuce, black pepper and red onion! MMMMMMMM! And a diet Coke.0

I usually get a foot long turkey on wheat, american cheese, mustard, lettuce, spinach, tomatos, pickles and carrots and get either a yogurt or apple slices and a large iced tea. I eat half the sandwich for lunch with the yogurt/apples and tea and eat the other half for dinner.

I get a 6 inch chicken breast on whole wheat with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and pepper relish. Sometimes I get the teriyaki sauce, but they always put too much on. :sick: My side is Baked Cheddar Lays....om nom nom. :bigsmile:0

I get the 6 inch club on wheat.. All veggies except Jalepenos....... and honey mustard ranch.. or... I wil turn the turkey and ham into a salad.... no bread... and put honey mustard on it..... I had that on Saturday for lunch!!! Yummmmm0
