I haven't been but I need to start. It's been a slow start back to my healthy lifestyle but I appreciate you asking because it reminds me that I should start for even better and faster results. How are you doing?? What challenges are you facing with your eating habits? It's definitely a struggle!0

My challenge is keeping my calories in check, not eating snacks because I feel like it. I definitely feel I am keeping a closer eye now. I need cut back on carbs a little. 2 more days before next weigh in!!!1

This is gonna be so hard, I'm going out of town tomorrow for 7 days! I've been researching Intermittent Fasting. Has anyone done that? I want to give it a try once I come back into town.

Seems like 4 of us are IN it. Great job y'all! This next week may not be so great for me (my vacation week!) but I will make heathy decisions and when I come back it's ON like donkey kong. Have a good next few days everyone!2

Good morning guys! Hope everyone had great family time and food. I ate double the food I usually eat last 2 days and no exercise. Time to get back on track.

My scale died around the 20th so I skipped that weigh-in. New scale (and much better!)

Last weigh-in on 30th, 4 more days guys!!! Just try your best. Even if you lost nothing but tried some self control or pushed your self towards healthy ways then you did good. The goal of this challenge was to get motivated towards our shared goal of weight loss and being healthy.
I am thankful for you guys who posted, this is not a very popular challenge lol just going by numbers but you guys inspire me!!!

I lost 3.7 lbs. over the last month! Hoping for more in December. Congrats to others who lost or maintained! If you gained, don't worry; just say December is a new month and start again! Keep at it and don't give up!

Alright so last weigh in for this challenge. I managed to loose couple of pounds but I am mostly glad about the changes I made. Even with thanksgiving break and not being very active this past week, I watched my portions.
I would consider this challenge a success for me in changing my habits.
