Keto again

Options
Did Keto before and lost 25lbs. Been a while since I was under 200lbs. Felt more energy and weekly headaches went away. Being a firefight in my 30s, I can not afford to get out of shape.

Starting off with bacon diet. 2lbs of bacon a day. Starting off for 3 days, pushing for 5 days, aiming for a week. Then go back to meals.

Now I am no hardcore Keto person. I find it hard to believe we are not meant to eat fruit. So once I get to my ideal weight, carbs will increase.

I’m trying the low carb way myself. I always find its harder for me because I crave the bread sooo bad

I have never been into unnecessary suffering, so please explain... Is suffering so popular just because of how wonderful it is when it stops?

Love bread myself as well as rice. Again I am not hardcore so occasionally I will have a bit of it and then continue on.

Not really suffering for me. I eat bacon, chicken, sausage, fish, salads. Honestly all things I love. Do I miss pasta or sweet potato? Sometimes but not to a “suffering” extent. As I said earlier, I’ll enjoy certain things at time.

    Now eating vegan is suffering!

I am also restarting Keto I did really well my first 2 months at it! Lost 28 lbs and regained 5. Now back at it to meet my year end goals! There are so many amazing recipes especially pizza ones that are low-carb high fat. :)
