Soft foods, help please!

My wisdom teeth are coming in, and it has become very painful to chew. I need advice on which soft foods (smoothies, soups, mashed veggies, etc) are good and recipe ideas. If I just make smoothies and soup, I'm afraid my sugar/sodium will go through the roof. Any good, healthy alternatives?

Beans and mashed tofu are soft. Try using tofu as "meat" for tacos and having soft taco shells.0

When I had my wisdom teeth out, I loved to heat a sweet potato in the microwave and eat it like a baked potato with just spray butter on it. SO good and not too high calorie-wise!0
