I eat what I have always eaten, but in different proportions. I eat a lot of fruit, and chocolate is now dark

I’ve ate so many fruits all the times while trying to lose weight that now I’m dread eating them

I was a big night snacker before losing weight so I switched the chips and dip for cucumbers and salsa. Still crunchy and salty.

I spend twice as much per bottle of wine but drink half as much.

Life is too short for bad wine.

Raw vegetables like carrots, peppers, tomatoes, celery, and cucumbers. I make a "weight loss" soup:https://www.pinterest.com/pin/ARvzU0AtBSboJAOGYILc9lKidhRt9P8l3uiQk-n2r0siu0xV4Fwg5qY/. I don't think this soup has magical properties that cause me to lose weight but I can eat a lot of it for only a few calories. It's very filling too. Lean protein like chicken, fish, turkey grilled or bake adds protein without many calories.

My other snack is popcorn. Salsa is good for flavoring. I like to sip on peppermint tea after supper. Halo top is expensive but good for a sweet tooth and few calories.

KFC. They're everywhere. When I'm out running around, too far from home and too hungry now to wait until I get home. $5 fill up, grilled with unsweet tea. I don't like their biscuits or cookies, so throw them away.
