I am currently on weight loss program and need to focus on having food high on proteins. Does anyone have a list of food patterns for different days of time which are high on protein

First you need to define "high protein". One person's "high protein" is anothers moderate protein.
Ketogenic diets are not inherently high protein. Just like any low carb diet is not supposed to be high protein. They are all supposed to be high fat, moderate protein. But humans being humans, many will *kitten* it up...just like we do in a game of Telephone. The only intentionally high protein dieters (overweight/obese and trying to lose their excess adiposity) out there I am personally aware of are those who take and warp low carb diets to the extreme.3 -

Meat with every meal will cover it!0 -
Everything you think you know, could be wrong - it's not your fault; most of us have been mislead before we found MFP. You don't need a high protein diet - you need sufficient protein. You don't need to eat specifically high protein foods - a normal diet provides sufficient protein. You need a good mix of a lot of nutrients - a balanced and varied diet provides that. You don't have to follow any special diet or meal schedule - you can eat what you want, when you want. You need to stick to an appropriate amount of calories - a varied and balanced diet filled with food you like, in a schedule that fits your day, is easy to stick to.5

How are you defining high protein? I do .8 to 1.5g / lb of weight and incorporate it with high carb. In fact, many of us do that over in the body building section. The only ones I know who do high protein/low carb are generally those in contest prep.0 -

lean meats, egg whites, shell fish, and white fishes are pretty much all protein.0 -
High protein dairy is good for breakfast.
SKYR / fat free cottage cheese/ fat free fromage frei/ fat free greek style yoghurt - all are high in protein.
Chicken ( no skin) ,
lean steak
Fish - particulatly white fish
pork tenderloin are great nearly pure protein sources to base any other meal around.
theres enough variety in there to establish a repertior of base ingredients for any number of meals.0
