☺️☺️ after being stuck at a weight for a month I've finally been making some progress, anotha 5 off the scale, my downfalls are partying and then coming home and eating the entire contents of the fridge- how the hell do you avoid drunk munchies

    Lock the fridge, take the key and toss it outside, I mean really hard with your eyes closed. Surely you will be too drunk to find it or pass out trying.

    My appetite is insatiable the next day after drinking. It seriously feels like my body just can't get enough to eat. And my body won't settle for healthy foods after drinking. It wants fried food and carbs! I don't drink often but I'm looking for tips to help reduce this...other than not drinking at all.

    I just give in and eat >.> Just try not to do it often but becoming harder LOL. Side note-I love your hair. Seriously great hair
