Hey Guys, how do you know what percentage of Protein, fat & carbs you should be having to set up the macro goals?

    You don’t... pick a theory, any theory, and try it...
    If it gets you closer to your body composition goals you’re heading in the right direction.
    You have to find out what macros work for YOU.
    Me, I like high protein low carb, but that might not work for your profile...

    Just about the same time as yours - and common good recommendation.

    You'll of course have to convert the grams total to calories, then with your daily goal figure out the % to do.

    Unless you have a specific diet plan in mind, why don't you start with the defaults and see where you fall after logging a couple of weeks? You can alter them once you get a better feel of where you are and how you feel. Honestly, it doesn't make a difference as far as losing weight goes. You'll find your happy place. Just make sure you don't reduce protein or go too low on fat. Although it is more complicated, energy level comes from carbs & fats, whereas protein is more for muscle.
