Question about fat bomb sizes

Hello, I have come across a number of fat bomb recipes that will give me the number of calories, the fat grams etc. per bomb. But SO many won't say what the serving size of the bomb is nor do they say how many bombs the recipe is expected to make. I realize bombs will (and can be variable in size)...but I was wondering, is there any rule of thumb that says most sweet fat bombs are x number of tablespoons or x grams in weight? Thanks in advance!

throw in the recipe builder and experiment with serving size - the recipes probably mean for people to decide how many calories they want them to be and tailor the size to that.1 -
What is a fat bomb?2

Hi, thanks ritzvin, I'll try that.
Rdevol, I copied this from online as it says it better than I could! "Fat bombs are delicious high-fat, low-carb and low-protein snacks. They are a convenient source of energy and are ideal for those who need to add healthy fats into their diet to meet their personal macronutrient targets."
They are an easy way to get more fat in without the carbs and they truly do help in curbing appetite. They can be savory or sweet, but I've only experimented with the sweet ones.0 -
Huh, who knew? Thanks for the explanation!0

Fat Bombs are used for the most part, as a way to up the fat while eating Keto. Fat is the highest percentage of a Keto Diet.0

I've posted two pics of sweet fat bombs and one savoury one I found online. I've only made sweet ones, and mine look like the middle pic (but not as perfect!) - kind of look like truffles. Anotherone8 gave a perfect explanation of what they are meant to do. They up the fat count in a tasty way to meet typical Keto requirements. I have found that they do help with curbing appetite between meals (taking into account their addition to the calorie count as well as fat count). I eat pork rinds too as a Keto snack that is high in fat and no carbs. I don't know if that counts as a fat bomb or not. I assumed bombs were things we put together ourselves...just my understanding so far!0

They look good...
I'd just go for a spoonful or 2 of peanut butter and a glass of full fat milk myself...0 -

LOL yes peanut butter and milk sounds good too...and much less work! Or maybe some combination of PB, cream cheese and cocoa powder. That would certainly be a fat bomb!0
