Water Calculation

I ran across it once before, but what is the calsulation again for how much water you need? The one I saw was a calculation using your body weight.

The one that says you need to drink half your body weight in ounces of water??
If ya weigh 200lbs this would be 100oz of water or 12.5 cups.0 -
It's 1/2 your body weight in ounces...
Ex. You weigh 180
1/2 that is 90
90oz per day0 -
