Please all feel free to add me! I'm Paul. I'm from Brighton, England and I've got a bloody load to do!
I need to lose about 3 stone (42lbs), build some lean muscle, get fit & healthy, and tone all of my bits up. Not a lot, eh? I've joined a gym and signed up with a person trainer, and now I need some friends on here so we can share journeys, motivate, swap ideas and thoughts, and also have a bloody good moan with! lol.
I'm in this for the long haul now, so any active friends would be gratefully received, whether you're just starting out or well along the road to buff-ness, please get in touch

For some reason, I wasn't able to add friends through my app via cell. However, you can add people through your PC or laptop by using the website MyFitnessPal.com.0 -
I've been logging in for 207 days now... down 62.2 lbs.. feeling good, it's been a lot of work. I have only 2 MFP friends would like to grow that number. Encouragement is always a good thing, to give and also to get.0

Hello everyone ! I go sooo strong when I am not at work. Then, I see the work market and i'm done. i stayed on track all day MINUS that 3 muskeeteer! I lack exercise motivation almost always! So i've stepped up my game, bought bluetooth headphones, and got on track with my diet (for the most part). I use the Garmin Vivofit (and love it !)0
