I don't have one!
I forget everything. I can't remember if I've showered some days, that's how bad my memory is.
Does that ginko biloba stuff actually work or is it bogus? Or is there something else I can take?

PS. as I'm sitting here, I know I've forgotten to do something today and I can't remember what it was. No idea.

I don't know about ginko, but some common causes of memory loss in women are: Hormone imbalance, Diabetes and sleep apnea. But there could OF COURSE be other things going on. This is something to talk to your doctor about. If your doc poo-poos it, get another Dr who cares.

It is partially her fault, haha! Trying tokeep track of when she ate, what she ate, how long and when she napped, when she was changed last, etc.
I have always had a terrible memory, though but it's to the point I can't remember if I peed all day. And when I know I did, I wonder if I flushed, haha.

I dont drink diet soda, I actually only drink water and occassionally coffee.

I've been meaning to make a Dr's appt for some other stuff to chat about but... yea, I keep forgetting or I remember after the office is closed.

Something you could also try... give your brain some exersise! When you have some down time between everything, work on some sort of puzzle, whether it's a word game puzzle, a numbers puzzle, etc. just do something to give your brain a workout. If you get into a habit of that, studies have shown that it helps prevent things like that from getting worse.

I really feel like an idiot when I keep saying this 'i forgot' stuff but
I used to do sudoku but stopped because I would forget and use pen.... by the first mistake I'm like "IDIOT.:crumple it up:"
    big time idiot over here.

you could always get an electronic one, I remember seeing one being sold at a store for like $10 and it had hundreds of puzzles... or if you'd prefer the paper version, buy a book of it and tie a pencil (or mechanical pencil) to it with a string of some sort, you'd only need a tiny hole in it, and if you can't find any string.. dental floss

I do still have the sudoku book and plenty of dental floss, haha. Thanks!
