Hey guys, I'm no stranger to MFP, but I have been on a 3 month snowball effect of being away from my fitness pal, gaining 7 lbs of my 23 lb loss back and I'm trying to get my butt back on track. We all know the struggle and if you can relate I would love to help motivate and encourage through this journey. Thank you

You can do it!!! Just get back to your food diary (even if you're eating more than you want to). Believe it or not, documenting ones eating is like a magick bullet.
