Just a girl looking for some new friends and motivation :)

Hey guys, I'm no stranger to MFP, but I have been on a 3 month snowball effect of being away from my fitness pal, gaining 7 lbs of my 23 lb loss back and I'm trying to get my butt back on track. We all know the struggle and if you can relate I would love to help motivate and encourage through this journey. Thank you :)

    You can do it!!! Just get back to your food diary (even if you're eating more than you want to). Believe it or not, documenting ones eating is like a magick bullet.

    I hope to hear some progress reports soon :-)

    I'm getting back into working out after a year. I ended up gaining what I had lost (about 15 pounds) and now I want to get back in shape again! You got this!
