Gallbladder free for about 5 years now. No issues here. I eat a normal diet and my guts do their thing just fine.
The only thing I don't have is crippling pain.3 -
Like others have said, each person is different. You will learn if you need to avoid anything. For me, everything is pretty close to the same as before it was removed.1

I had my gallbladder removed many years ago. At first, fatty foods and those with too much fiber would send me to the bathroom fast. Coffee was another thing that was a trigger.
Over time, that got better and now nothing sets me off. Yay!1 -
I had my gallbladder out about 18 years ago. I don't remember being told to stay away from any foods, and I don't. I have had no issues since having it out and eat and drink what I want. Before I had it out, I was terrified to eat anything because I had some really bad attacks. Nothing since.0
