Waking up...after choosing more sleep over a morning workout (after I had gone so far as to change for said workout
) Decided I was already crabby yesterday so a lil extra sleep might not be a bad idea...especially for those around me!!

1 power nap through the day no more then 8-10 mins usually leaves me refreshed when i don’t sleep enough, which is everyday lol

Elevate your feet up above your heart as well. Put a timer, you will feel better.
