Macros

Hi I haven’t posted before I’m looking to lose 2 stone can anyone advise me what my macros should be I’m done with all the Ww/ slimming world just want to eat healthy and not worry about points etc, really grateful for any tips, Suzie x

    Use the ones this site gives you. Should work just fine. If you find you aren't feeling satiated, then change them up a bit. Everyone is different and you'll have to find what works for you.

    Outside of medical reasons to watch your intake of a particular macro, it's personal preference

    40% carbs/30% fat and protein has been really good for me. The key is to make sure they’re quality foods—healthy fats, carbs that have good fiber and nutritional content, lean protein.

    Keep your total cals in check to lose weight.

    Set your macros based on your personal preferences (40/30/30 isn't a bad place to start, though).

    Eat a broad, varied diet to cover nutritional needs and dietary preferences.
