Did you do it in a healthy way ?
Unless she binged & purged or starved herself (which she indicated she didn't), I don't really believe in people losing weight too fast. Some people lose faster than others and if you have a huge amount to lose obviously it comes off fast since a person with so much to lose was probably doing zero exercise and eating thousands of calories per day. I lost 80+ pounds in 6 months (with plenty of cheat days) and the haters were like OMG you are too skinny blah blah blah. In reality I was sedentary and ate insane amounts of food daily. I stuck pretty close to MFP calorie goals and exercised 4 time a week and the weight flew off.11 -
Doesn't even look like it's the same person! You look fabulous!1

@CaraMercedLooks great! Can I ask what your height/weight stats were/are? Your starting build looks very much like mine...

Can I ask about your macro percentages/totals? Were you doing higher protein or higher fat? Were you testing to see if you were in ketosis? It really is an amazing transformation you've achieved.1

Very cool. I'm 5'10" and started at 269, so I was pretty spot on in saying your starting figure looks very similar to mine. Yay, that means hopefully my "at goal" figure will look like yours as well!3 -
