Hi friends can u any one suggest me to weight loss by taking healthy food

    OK, I have been stuck for weeks. I stay within my suggested calorie intake, I exercise about 5 - 6 days out of the week. I do High Intensity Training 2 - 3 times a week and strength 2 days a week. I just do not know what I am doing wrong, I am just unable to lose anything. Is my body telling me that 205 lbs is my ideal weight. I do not think so. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!
