Hi friends can u any one suggest me to weight loss by taking healthy food

OK, I have been stuck for weeks. I stay within my suggested calorie intake, I exercise about 5 - 6 days out of the week. I do High Intensity Training 2 - 3 times a week and strength 2 days a week. I just do not know what I am doing wrong, I am just unable to lose anything. Is my body telling me that 205 lbs is my ideal weight. I do not think so. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!0

You may want to start your own thread to ask this question rather than using someone else's thread, but a quick look at your diary suggests you may want to improve the accuracy of your logging. I see things like ".5 medium apple," "1 pat of butter," "1 cup of pasta," etc. Ideally you would be using a food scale to measure solid food for accuracy and avoid vague units of measure like "1 pat" and generic/homemade entries created by other people (like the one for beef barley soup).7 -
