    Texting for me is meant to be a short conversation. Or, when you can't necessarily talk. Otherwise, give me a call. I enjoy hearing a person's voice, the different inflections of their voice as to if they are excited, sad, etc. Also, most times, what takes forever in text can be discussed quickly via phone.

    Texting is always my preferred method but I can't text people while I'm at work. So whenever I have to call someone as it's dialing I think, "please don't pick up, please don't pick up."

    Sometimes, we just happen to draw the short straw... ;)

    I dislike both. Anxiety and all that. Plus, no one needs to hear my voice.
