Hello y'all since almost a year ago ive lost a little over 50 lbs. Not done yet, still have a couple of more lbs left before i am truly satisfied. Feel free to add me and if you're in the area maybe we can get together for a run! I usually go run with a group in my city on tuesdays and thursdays. If you're interested let me know!

I've been very hesitant to get into running, I get shin problems very quickly. Never talked to a doc about it, it went away when I stopped. I figured I'd try it after I got way closer to the weight I'm generally shooting for.1

Yes I had the same thing. I found out that it was because of my shoes and that I was overweight. Since then my shin pains were gone1
