I’m desperately trying to lose this weight I’ve accumulated. I’m doing shakes and watching my calories. I’m drinking tons of water and doing squats, and sit up type stuff at home. I’m ultimately reaching of my previous “gym rat” lifestyle, but I’m afraid trying to go too hard too early will ultimately lead to another failure. My goal from this post is meeting others in my situation and hopefully getting more comfortable navigating this app. Thanks, and please ADD ME !
