I know I don’t necessarily need a label to the foods I eat (and I completelyunderstand that you can have anything you want in moderation) but does anyone know what a diet/eating style of this is called?
Lots of Vegetables
Lots of Fruits
Lean Meats
Grains/Legumes
Nuts/Seeds
No Dairy/No Gluten/No Sugar
Paleo restricts Grains/Legumes
Vegan restricts Meats
I think they are both fine!
The closest “labels” I’ve found are:
Whole Foods Plant Based (with meat)
I mean it doesn’t really matter but just wondering!;)
Edit: I guess it is a bit silly to look for a label:)

It's called food. The need to label it is pretty silly. If you really must, then whole foods, I guess.10

Why not just say you eat a whole foods diet? That used to be a thing without the plant based tacked on.

Mediterranean if you use olive oil and if lean meat includes fish0

Sad, if you aren’t avoiding dairy/gluten/sugar for medical reasons9

Why does it need a name?2

I like labels too, but some things are both difficult and unnecessary to label.
I would instead investigate if your diet rules are meaningful, useful and helpful. Ask some "why"s, and "really"s. So: If you're eating a lot of fruit, you're eating a lot of sugar. Is that bad? Why? Why "lean meats"? Is fat bad? Why? Gluten is found in wheat, barley and rye. You are eating grains. Do you have to stay away from gluten? Why? Are you really staying away from gluten, if you eat grains? No dairy - why? What is it in dairy that you need to stay away from?
I think the silly thing is unnecessary restriction. It leads to malnutrition, and ironically, overeating.5 -
Eating what you want to eat
*adjusts the onion on my belt*
In my day, we just ate what we wanted to eat and didn't try to make up catchy names for it.8 -
Just eat what you like and keep track of it and weigh it. Unless there is a medical reason then there's no need to go on a certain diet.0
