    Love wrapping the gifts. Putting some classic Christmas tunes on, open a bottle of vino, and imagine all the joy the fam will have opening the gifts.

    Bummed (and it's kinda over something dumb) so this store has had this beautiful lamp in it's window for the longest time and while I knew it was reproduction I always held off because of price. So I go in yesterday ready to finally take the plunge and upon further inspection I realize a part of the lamp I thought was metal (bronze) is actually plastic or resin and I can tell because the finish is rubbing off. I was like, wtf?!? You're selling this piece of crap for that amount?!?

    I felt stupid that previously I never fully inspected it and literally drooled over this lamp for a couple years only to have my hopes dashed by poor quality.

    Lesson learned! Everything is not always as it seems.
