Would like some encouraging friends!

Hello! I have great friends here on MFP, but I need all the encouragement I can get. I am down 6 lbs in 11 days, but I tend to hit a two week point and stop on most exercise/diet plans. I feel different and more positive this time, but I just need encouragement! I need to lose at least 44 more lbs, and I will see how I feel there... I will be almost back to my skinniest time.

Who can help?

    Remember to shake up your exercise so you don't get bored. Drinks lots and lots of water any way you can without added calories.

    Do you have any idea what makes you stop at the two week mark?
