    I am a fitness nerd. And older one, mind you. But a hardcore, life-long exerciser who thinks everyone should be exercising at their best capacity for long term optimal health. Open diary. Plant based. In maintenance though.

    I do my best to log. At least my workouts. I'm working on the food situation. Heres to starting fresh with consistently logging from tomorrow morning :)

    Feel free to add me (anyone who sees this post really)! My food diary is an open book and I log almost every single day. Not a low-carb girl but I maintain a 750 calorie deficit and exercise six days a week
