    12/19 - 136.6 - Under calories yesterday, no workout, got diagnosed with a stye so 1) on antibiotics and 2) stay away from the gym for others' sakes and 3) when I go back to the gym, wipe those machines before as well as after I use them!

    12/20 - 136.4 - under calories yesterday, no workout, but got all the Christmas boxes off (well almost). Feeling better, tonight a workout and early to bed.

    I met my goal weight a few weeks ago. My new goal now is to maintain to stay close to 115 on average. I've also decided that I'm going to allow alcohol in moderation & see how it goes.

    12/20: 158.7 1 out of 3 yesterday... I did get some good sleep last night. But not nearly enough water, no exercise, and a high calorie dinner. I feel even worse this morning. Just gotta hold on for a few days and then I have 11 days off from work! Don't know how I will manage 18 people at my house for Christmas eve, though... lots of water and vitamin C.

    12/19 168.2. Disappointed to be starting at this weight for another round, but had measurements taken and have lost 5% body fat since August eventhough the scale hasn't moved. Counting a small win and keeping it moving!
    12/20 168.8 ugh. Had a pretty good day yesterday. So I don't know why.

    Twenty pounds lost since starting this group! Lost more last round than in the entire month of November.

    Going out of town before the end of the round and not taking my scale. Will enjoy your lovely company until then. :smile:

    I'd be higher but I was too nauseated to eat yesterday. I feel fine today (it was a reaction to an antibiotic) but it gives me a chance to reset. I've hard a hard time since Thanksgiving, with holiday gatherings and all. For the rest of the month I just don't want to lose ground and I'd love to see several days under 160.

    - Oh dear. Well that is definitely last night's fry-up and all the biscuits under the sun that I ate during the afternoon. Great kick up the bum though to do better.
    12/21 - 63.9kg - I would like to get a bit more wiggle room with my maintenance weight (under 64kg) with Christmas coming up but I've got a cold and it's that TOM so I'm struggling with motivation and water retention. Plus ALL my healthy habits are out the window just now. Blergh. Reminding myself that this is just a phase and I'll be back to my usual self shortly.
