How is your blood pressure?
My bp has gotten as low as 92/60. At that point, sodium isn't a huge concern.
But if you're already at 120/80, I'd try to keep it within the dietary guidelines.0 -

Oh, that's not much. I wouldn't worry about that. The daily recommended is 2,500 mg/day. I think as long as you are under 3,000 mg, you're okay. But that's just my personal opinion...not medical advice. :flowerforyou:0
