1 extra day of strength training per week, get my per mile average back down below 8-minute miles, complete a sprint triathlon, and ride my bike to work (about 25 miles)
Not have a single arguement for the whole year. 2018 will be a no drama zone. Only having people around me that are pleasant & positive, no drama queens or kings allowed.
I resolve to make more plans, then break them.
And, to keep drinking, cuz then it's easier to break plans.
Never mind, scratch that... I'll think of something better.

last year I had a total of about 3 beers (and unable to finish a full one; they're quite filling.)
