12/19 - 247.0 - I'm so tired of struggling. I cannot wait for the holiday season to be over for no other reason than I will not be so busy and can focus on my food and exercise again. Work Christmas party today (so restaurant food for lunch) but I have my run tonight. Hopefully that will help counteract the food.
12/20 - 246.6 - Food, again, not good. And I had a terrible headache last night and was feeling down, but I made myself do my C25K W3D2 run. My body didn't want any part of it, but I powered through. My legs were burning from my knees down and I felt like I couldn't get enough water into my body. But, when I was finished, I kept walking for 35 minutes to 1-stretch out my legs and 2-it just felt good. If I can at least use SOME self control on my food, I feel like I'll make some actual progress again.
    12/21 - 246.4 - Working on it.
12/22 - 247.2 - Did my run but late night snacking got me
12/23 - 249.4 - Ugh, TOM. Not great in and of itself, but also making me make bad choices.
12/24 - 250.0 - No excuses. Bad food, no exercise.
12/25 - 248.0 - C25K W4D1 run, holy cow that ramped up! But i did it!! Expecting a gain tomorrow, lots of holiday food coming my way today.
    12/26 - 248.0 - Not bad, considering.
12/27 - 248.2 - Bleh. I did my C25K W4D2 run, and it was not as unbearably hard as the last run. I was a little scared about Week 5 because I think by the 3rd run, it's just running for like 15 minutes straight or something. But, after last night's run, I feel like I might be able to do that. Trying to get myself back on track. Starting to track my food again today. The goal is to get back to doing all these good habits so that at the 1st of the year, I'm totally back to all my good habits that brought me success.
12/28 - 248.8 - Well, I failed...again. But, I have told myself I am getting back into this in January. I have ordered a 90 day workout DVD set that I'm excited about and I am continuing my runs. I've started getting back to tracking. Trying to do things in phases - start tracking then start being mindful, then start eating within calories. Next round WILL be better!

@quiltingjaine Doing my best to stay in control. You might have a point with the sugar. We aren't a snacking family (more portion control and wine), but there is definitely an abundance of treats right now that I have been indulging in. I think I might monitor and see if I notice a correlation between the joint pain and the sweets. Thanks

    ROUND 22 starting weight 185.6
    ROUND 23 starting weight 184.7
    ROUND 24 starting weight 184.2
    ROUND 25 starting weight 184.4
    ROUND 26 starting weight 185.8

    12 / 19 - 185.8...Maintaining my weight at 185. I'm becoming more aware, so maybe I'll start losing?
    12 / 20 - 184.5...Heading into Christmas with a lower weight would be good.
    12 / 21 - 186.4....Had a Choir Practice/Christmas Party last night....too many nibblies' = weight gain!
12 / 22 - 185.8... OK, that's a bit better, but I need to pull up my socks if I want a loss over Christmas
    12 / 23 - 185.4.....Christmas dinner tonight with Step-daughters & Son's in law
12 / 24 - 189.0.....Guess I enjoyed myself a little too much? Luckily I have no other dinners to attend
Christmas Day - 190.0.....Guess I thought all would be good after Saturday's dinner.....WRONG!
    12 / 26 - 187.5....back on track and raring to go!
12 / 27 - 187.0...WOW, this is my most difficult Round. If I can get back to my starting weight I will be happy.
    12 / 28 - 185.8...... I AM HAPPY!

That was a very rocky road I took over the last 10 days. I got lazy over Christmas. Hubby & I vegged on the couch for 2.5 days just watching the box. He went back to work on the 27th (I go back today - the 28th) I was able to get my *kitten* together and get back on track. I managed to salvage my last 10 days, and come out even. I am happy with that. This ROUND? I aim for a loss. There is no room for back peddling. No more ending up where I began.

My ultimate goal is 170lbs, so any loss is a good loss.

"It won't be easy, but it WILL be worth it!"

My goal for this round is to stay in the teens. This will be difficult with Christmas looming.
    Day/Weight/Comment
12/19 218.5 Starting at a good place, going to work hard at staying here (or lower) for the next 10 days!
    12/20 218.5
12/21 218.5. Even after the cookies and sushi I ate yesterday! Drinking lots of water today and moving!
12/22 216.8 Ummmm. Hmmmm. Yes I drank lots of water, yes I was moving most of the day, but I will expect this to bounce back up. It was a fun number to wake up to this morning, though!
12/23 218.0 There's the bounce back! Still, lower than Thurs. First round of our family Christmases today! Wish me luck, my in-laws always have great food!
12/24 218.0 Well, I'm still here, but I'm expecting to see a gain by Tuesday. Frankly, I'm not even going to be upset! I love my family and I love spending time with them. If that puts me in a position where my willpower is tested, I'll do it every time.
12/25 219.6 Yep, was expecting this. Also, my TOM decided now was the perfect time to show up, so I have that going for me. It's totally ok though, tomorrow is a new day!
12/26 219.6 Okay, holidays are almost over, my birthday is around the corner, and I'm ready to get back on track! I promised myself a new hair do when I've lost 10% of the weight and so I need to push forward to 212.
12/27 218.3 forgot to post, mom's in the hospital.
12/28 218.3 Yesterday was not a good eating day. Hopefully I can keep it together today. Mom's in the hospital again, hopefully they can at least help with the pain. PV is the worst. :worried:

Happy Week before Christmas!! Going to keep checking in here as I continue my maintenance plan.

    SW - 182.4 - March 2170
GW - 145 - reached this in October. I've lost a bit more since and I'm working on maintaining under 145. I've been pretty consistent at keeping a rolling 7 day average of 143.5.

    12/18 - 145.4 - coming in from round 25...7 day rolling avg of 143.5

    Day/Weight/Comment
12/19 - 145 - so busy today I'm finally getting around to posting what I saw on the scale this morning...I felt really bloated
12/20 - 142.8 - I could tell I was "flushing" away the water weight yesterday...now to stay on track the rest of the week before the madness begins
    12/21 - 143 - in a good spot going into a celebration weekend!!
12/22 - 144.8 - bounced up...sodium and carbs and not enough water yesterday....the next week is going to be tough to control as I won't be eating at home much...and too many temptations. I'm not going to stress about it, I've come a long way and know what I need to do in the new year to get back to my sweet spot.
12/23 - 145.6 - heading to my parents place today so I probably won't get on the scale until we get back home on the 26th.
    12/24 At Mom's...didn't weigh
    12/25 At Mom's... didn't weigh
    12/26 At Mom's...Didn't weigh
12/27 - 144.2 - Well that was a pleasant surprise seeing something under 145! I indulged a bit but really didn't feel the need to gorge myself on anything which is a big change for me this time of year. Hope you all had a fantastic Christmas if that's what you celebrate!!
12/28 - 145.2 - Took my oldest out for brunch and a matinee (Grease...so amazing!) in Toronto yesterday...was feeling pretty bloated by the end of the day and still pretty puffy this morning so I'm feeling the extra sodium from eating out.

Looking forward to reestablishing routines in the next round...see you all there I hope!!

I'm staring this round very late. I've been sick for so long and so sore and yucky that I've not been weighing.

Goal for this round: Get back on track, lose the bloating and see 189 on Jan 1. (I don't want to spend 1 day of 2018 at 190+)

    Weight on Dec. 7th: 190.8

    R26 (13th Round for me)

    12/24 - Forgot to weigh
    12/25 - 194.8
12/26 - 194.0 This was expected. I wasn't a good girl but I sure enjoyed Christmas! I'm going to try to stay away from wheat and lose the bloating over the next 2 days in order to be fresh for the next 10 day challenge!
    12/27 - 195.8 TOM
    12/28 - 196.2 TOM

So this round was a real kick in the teeth. I never thought I'd see these numbers again. The New Year is right around the corner though and I have my will power back so I know I'll do well eventually. The fact that I'm posting on here and being honest is a huge deal. I used to always hide my defeats. It's nice to be able to show them and be accountable and still remain determined.

    Day/Weight/Comment
12/19 - 188.6 - It's going to be a cold week and hard to move for me. But I'm gonna do my best.
12/20 - 188.2 - Had some elliptical time and a nice walk yesterday.
12/21 - 188.6 - Lots of salt yesterday. More elliptical time. My scale is acting a little weird gave me a reading way too high - higher than I weighed myself yesterday at the gym with all my clothes and shoes on - then way too low. Then back to this.
12/22 - 190.4 - Weight workout yesterday, too much salt, too much cold, feeling bloated
    12/23 - 189 - Better. Nice to be under 190 for Christmas.
    12/24 - 188.4 - Even nicer!
12/25 - 188.4 - Holding after a lot of salt yesterday. Merry Christmas everybody.
12/26 - 187.6 - Seems to be a legit reading. I sometimes feel very suspicious of my scale.
12/27 - 188.8 - Expected. Big, late, salty dinner yesterday.
12/28 - 190 - Kind of hoped to end on a low note. Had weights yesterday - started with a personal trainer who is supposed to kick me into gear.

12/19 - 100.4 - Out and about, I failed to eat proper food, salt-loaded snacks. I’m traveling today (no less than 4 flights!) so my goal is no snacks on flights! And healthy choice at client lunch.

    12/20 - 100.4

12/22 - 101.4 - Bad food choices yesterday, not enough liquids hopefully the situation will be redressed today
12/23 - 100.8 - OK back in control though I ate way more carbs than I would have liked! Drank all my water though

12/24 - 100.1 :) - Much less sodium yesterday, still too many white carbs and chocolates, but tis the season!
    12/25 - 101.4
12/26 - 102.2 :'( - so much for staying around 99 I didn't even eat that much. I just realize how sensitive I am to carbs!
12/27 - 101.4 :| - I still ate carbs (the wrong kind), but I'm getting that under control... back on the program

12/21: 158.0 Little surprised / workplace Xmas party at lunch yesterday, then went overboard with Christmas peanut M&Ms while decorating at home. Still no workouts due to busy-ness and my cold. Fitbit 8,612 steps, 250+ steps 12/14 hours & 31 floors. Total guess for calories (did quick log instead of guestimating every bite) & 16c water.

12/24: 157.5 Little surprised I'm maintaining, have been getting into Christmas candy since 12/22. Stopped logging food last night after supper & net calories red. But keeping active with Christmas preparations. No "workouts" this week except shoveling snow and snowshoeing. Fitbit 7,703 steps, 250+ steps 11/14 hours & 25 floors. 10c water.
