    Log what you eat and try to stay at your calorie goal. Work on portion control and eat in moderation.

    Hey! As well as logging everything you eat, it's also worth gradually increasing your exercise, too. Though everyone says weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise, the exercise will make you feel good and want to keep you on track.

    Also, it's worth doing a bit of reading and seeing what's out there. Lots of nutritionists have different opinions, some of which can get confusing, but it's always worthwhile reading into a bit further. Plus you might stumble across some things that'll help you moving forward such as BMR, TDEE and calorie deficits.

    But when it all boils down to it, eat healthier, log your foods, but make room for the occasional treat, too. What works for others may not work for you, so it's all about trial and error, and finding out what works for you :smile:
