The "before" pic represents the heaviest I have ever been. This was right after my daughter was born 5 years ago. In the last 18 months, I have lost 35 lbs. I have done it the right way, by eating well and working out. I feel like a million bucks!! And the fun part is, I still have more weight to lose.
