Hey everyone! Just moved to Portland. Starting a new journey for my life and figured why not a healthy lifestyle change as well. New me starts now. Why wait until New Years when I can start now !? Hit me up if you want to keep each other accountable! I definitely need support through this weight loss journey! If you live near by, maybe we can be walking buddies !     Hi Ashley. Welcome to Portland! I’m just getting back into the swing of things on MFP. I lost a lot of weight 4 yrs ago, and have slowly gained some back, so it’s time to pay more attention and focus on me and my health. I live in Salem, but work in Portland. Where did you move from?
